About the Event

UP has been in the Return-to-work movement since 2015! Given COVID-19's impact to working mothers and stay-at-home moms, we are making every effort to ensure top-female talent can engage in their return journey - while social distancing.

 

It’s a win-win!

UP is hosting a Week of Opportunity to engage our talent with Industry. Connect, interview, and engage with thriving CT industries.  Select your Industry:

MONDAY          | BioTech, Healthcare, and Pharma

TUESDAY         | Mfg, Aerospace and Clean Energy Industry

WEDNESDAY | IT, Data Analytics and CyberSecurity 

THURSDAY     | Banking, Insurance and the Financial Sector 

FRIDAY             | Women-owned/start ups, Small Business and Non-profits

After a brief overview of the return-to-work movement and our progammatic approach you'll learn what to expect for the week. Attending companies share their industry growth, typical skill needs and how they support diversity. 

Each industry specific session, we'll use break out rooms to run meet-ups between forward-thinking clients and return-to-work candidates. Monday's session follows the kick-off focusing on BioTECH, Healthcare and Pharma.
