Women belong in these male dominated fields! Many returners, or even those at the peak of their career professional yet seeking 'work-life success,' often, they have boosted their financial management skills during their opt-out years. They seek to play a pivotal role in sectors that impact the aspects of business  that control the flow of capital and the management of risk. According to Boston Consulting Group (BCG) research, women in financial leadership roles have been shown to boost corporate growth, returns, and market valuations. Those in control of financial measures of an entity often progress to leadership roles. Opening the doors to women-returnes may grow our Nation's pipeline for women in senior roles.
