We invite leaders in Healthcare, BioTECH, and Pharma to share business growth, typical skill needs and how these industries support diversity and gender equity.

This is an efficient way to meet the talent you need while letting our Candidates' skills shine.  Our caregivers that opted-out to raise their families, provide elder care, or other scenarios--bring not only their professional skillsets but newly honed skills of empathy, multi-tasking, and leadership!

After a recap of how UP works and introduction of participating companies, we'll use break out rooms to run meet-ups between forward-thinking clients and return-to-work candidates.
