Lisa Fabiaschi, FinTECH Industry Leader supported UP's Return-to-work Week for Women! Lisa is a Core Sales and Support Manager | Business Development at COCC.
Lisa is responsible for all new business efforts at COCC, in which she navigates the sales processes and contributes to company growth by attracting and onboarding new core clients. She currently manages both the Core Sales Territory Managers and Sales Support teams. Upon joining COCC in 2011, Lisa partnered with Human Resources as a Corporate Recruiter, bringing over fifteen years of experience in Technical and Financial recruiting. During her time in HR, Lisa developed a deep knowledge of COCC’s culture and client base and has transferred that understanding to the Business Development department.
Prior to joining COCC, Lisa owned an independent recruiting firm and also held executive recruiting positions including Director of Talent Acquisition and Vice President of Recruiting at two Connecticut-based Executive Search firms.
