Meet Christina: Christina is a results-driven leader offering 20 years of delivering organizational & operational excellence, initiating and delivering sustained results providing effective change for organizations.
Christina has a deep background in Education. Her experience ranges from working with Girls for Technology and East Hartford Public Schools to her work with University of Hartford. As State Director of GEAR UP within the CT State Colleges & Universities System Office providing leadership and management of a $25mm federal/state initiative for Manchester, Middlesex & Naugatuck Valley Community Colleges along with partner school districts - East Hartford, Meriden & Waterbury.
Christina leads key state initiatives to set up a comprehensive, streamlined structure. She will implement program deliverables, improve workflow processes, deliver solutions while leading and engaging over 2,100 students from across three districts with staffing levels of 100.
Christina has a BS from Kaplan University, an MS in Administration & Management from the University of South Dakota and an MS in Industrial & organizational Psychology from University of Hartford.
Christina has been a terrific mentor and connector for Untapped Potential Inc.
