Untapped Potential Candidates were welcomed at the skillUP Seminar, “Returning Women to the Agile Enterprise”. After studying on-line webinars on the trending topics of agile, lean and scrum methodologies, Candidates seeking to add value in the evolved discipline of Project Management benefited from a terrific synopsis by Pradeep Chennavajhula, Senior Vice President of QAI Global. Pradeep delivered the topic with humor differentiating the various disciplines of Agile, Lean and Scrum making it all clear and folding in metaphors from marriage, religion and dieting along the way!
Candidates had an opportunity to share where they are in their return-to-work journey. I was proud of the talent gathered in the room from data analysts, chemical scientists, nuclear engineers, mechanical engineers, IT and computer science professionals, Financial, Marketing, HR and Claims Resources as well as those experienced in bioscience research or academia. What entity wouldn’t want to add this talent to their roster? The event was hosted at United Healthcare, City Place Building in Hartford, CT. It was valuable to learn how agile philosophy is applied in various disciplines there.
