As a technologist that started in semiconductor manufacturing, I am a fan of returning women to state-of-the-art manufacturing opportunities.
At Goodwin College’s inaugural Women of Manufacturing Summit you’ll glean more about the growth in manufacturing opportunities and the presenters plan to dispel the myths of historical manufacturing perceptions that keep women from seeing themselves in such an industry.
“Opportunities like this Summit will help harness an untapped talent pool, inform women of the opportunities for well-paid, rewarding work, and allow them to network with some of the region’s visionary business leaders.” said Melanie Hoben, Director of Workforce Development at Goodwin College
