About the session leaders (who met while working together in marketing over 25 years ago!):


Meet Annette Tully:


Annette took her love for marketing and blended it with coaching, strategy, and skills training. Her multicultural perspective and knack for seeing things from every angle make her a pro at helping people get out of their own way to find clarity and confidence in their authenticity. Whether she’s aligning leadership teams or guiding someone through a career pivot, Annette is all about helping others grow in ways that help them get what they want.


Annette's career includes leadership roles in organizations like CEB (now Gartner), Discovery, Inc. (now Warner Bros. Discovery), and Gensler. She is a credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds certifications in Training Delivery & Evaluation and Organizational Psychology & Behavior.



Meet Jennifer Frederick:


Jennifer shifted her focus from marketing products and services to marketing people. Nothing brings her more joy than helping someone uncover their unique professional story and crafting resumes or LinkedIn profiles that make them shine. She’s also passionate about advancing workplace diversity and gender equity, which she gets to do every day through her work with Untapped Potential.


Jennifer's first career chapter in marketing gave her exposure to many types of companies -- the Fortune 500, emerging businesses, and start-ups across telecom, fintech, and nonprofit advocacy and fundraising. She's helped all level professionals tell their best work stories from entry-level to the C-suite. She holds a special place in her heart for helping women who've had a career pause, return and land roles putting them back on a path to financial independence. Jennifer is an active member of the Career Industry Authority professional association.
