Meet the Speaker
Meet Coach Jackie! Jackie Ross is an ICF-certified PCC Career Development Coach and Mental Fitness Coach (CPQC). She is also the author of the book Manage UP! (we love the title!) The Ultimate Guide to Managing Your Manager, and a professional speaker and presenter. Coach Jackie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in human services and counseling from Lesley College and her Master’s Degree in management and organizational development from Cambridge College.

Untapped Potential Inc., Founder, Candace Freedenberg, had the opportunity to work with Coach Jackie at her first-ever retreat at the terrific Wisdom House location: "Women Leaders: Rediscover, Reignite, & Realize Your Purpose". The Event, training, comradery, space and food were fabulous! The session helped entrepreneurs and leaders, particularly women, to reach their career goals with confidence, overcome self-doubt, and steer clear of burnout.
