After 15 years she started back in the workforce as a Special-Education Paraprofessional. She left being a Para after 3 years and decided it was time to pursue one of her goals of getting an advanced degree. As part of broadening her personal growth and development she was accepted into the Master of Science program at Bay Path University for Leadership and Negotiation. She is currently finishing up her Masters with a capstone project of developing a training program to help women improve their assertiveness skills in order to help take the fear out of difficult conversations and will be graduating in March of 2021.
