Nicole is an experienced Product Development Engineer and Project Manager who has led multifunctional teams developing new products in manufacturing and the IT/insurance sectors. She opted out focusing on family. With corporate experience serving entities like BMW (Takata-Petri) and Travelers, she brought immediate value to what was then pre-merger Aetna, upon her return.
She launched in a FlexreturnⓇ Engagement as a Project Manager following our Return-to-work Speed Interview Event and after preparing in multiple ways through Untapped Potential.
Nicole has an MBA from the European School of Business, Germany and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Virginia. She lives in Unionville, CT with her husband and her teenage son and daughter.
