Here at Untapped Potential Inc., we are a small but mighty team who carries an ethos of continuous learning and the mindset that "everything is figure-out-able."
We feel very fortunate to have had Chaniya Jackson join the team so seamlessly last summer and then agree to return during her busy academic year as a Senior majoring in psychology at Southern Connecticut State University. Chaniya applies her academic knowledge and communications skills to our marketing efforts and events management. She brings an important perspective on how best to serve our candidates at their various stages of return. She has given us keen insight on our program based on prior experience with an organization that offers training and helps reduce the barriers to college success. In addition, her work on remodeling our candidate survey has been invaluable.
We connected to Chaniya through the LiveGirl SHE WORKS cohort intern program, a competitive college leadership program that works towards closing the female leadership gap. Chaniya's previous work helping manage events that create a welcoming and inclusive experience, resonated with us. In focusing on how best to reduce barriers for caregivers to return to paid work, we hope to shift the workforce to a more inclusive and accessible state.
With Chaniya's help on our marketing, we are growing our awareness and helping even more returners launch to their full potential! Welcome back to Untapped Potential Chaniya, the future is bright with you in it!
