At Untapped Potential, we want you to network outside your 'mom circle'. The Dashaway Luncheon, put on by The Boys & Girl's Club of Hartford, has been a terrific opportunity to network with those in industry while giving back and supporting the SMART Girl's program.
UP encourages the empowerment of girls of all ages. The SMART Girls Program helps Club girls build self-esteem and a sense of self-worth as they learn about decision-making, nutrition and health, and building positive relationship with peer and adults. The program is a health, life skills and empowerment program for girls ages 8 to 18.

This year's luncheon will feature ESPN's Elle Duncan as master of ceremonies as well as a keynote address by Leander Dolphin, Managing Partner of Shipman & Goodwin. It also showcases the 2022 BGCH SMART Girl of the Year who will share her inspiring SMART Girls journey.
