Nancy Burger is a communications strategist and coach who guides companies to foster emotionally healthy cultures. Weaving together 10+ years in communications expertise and research in psychology and neuroscience, Nancy works with executives and teams across many industries to elevate workplace connections. She also delivers workshops and talks to universities, leadership organizations, and networking groups, all with the aim of cultivating clear, effective, and productive communication dynamics.
Nancy will lead us to reignite our career objectives for 2023 by elevating the communication we have with ourselves and resurrecting our inner genius to empower change.
Francesca Biggart is an IT executive with an exceptional leadership record in providing digital and data-driven strategies and cost-effective technology solutions across several industries, including Financial Services, Sports Media, Healthcare, and Hospitality. Adept at leveraging emerging technologies, she leads cross-functional teams in tackling complex initiatives and optimizing business operations, using agile methodologies. In her current role as VP, Portfolio, Analytics and Strategy, IT Delivery at Marriott International, she is relied on to lead as an executive influencer, strategic planner, and effective communicator.
As a returner, Francesca will share her perspective as well as her path to leadership. She will highlight the transferable skills and value of caregiving experience she sees necessary for success in today's corporate workplace.
