Join us for Thursday's Return-to-work Week for Women session focused on the industry segments that are necessary for every business: Finance, Insurance, Law and Marketing. All are embodied in this image of the "fearless girl that looked down on Wall Street" and the signature collar of Ruth Bader Ginsburg - a lawyer that made an impact to all of women in the workplace and the collar key element to RBG's brand.
Banking, Insurance, Finance and Law have all been historically male dominated fields. At least male-dominated at the top in accordance with the Leaky Pipeline highlighted in the Women in the Workplace Report.
Often women are pushed out during their caregiving years due to the demanding schedules in these fields. Untapped Potential works to bring them back in a flexible way. To ensure gender equity, we not only need to influence our daughters to pursue such fields but to make them accessible to those that opted-out.
