Claudia Reuter, Director of the Roberts Innovation Fund, Yale Ventures will be our Moderator for our Lift UP! Panel, and we are thrilled that she can join Untapped Potential's 7th Annual Signature Event:
Lift Each Other UP! Mentor Mingle & Panel Discussion
The Panel includes women at various points of their career-life journey and delves deep into their challenges and successes.
Claudia's perspective is just perfect for this important discussion.
Why? Because she:
herself, has traveled this journey
has interviewed scores of women "in the juggle and opt-outers" with her podcast
has innovated her way to career-life success, and she wrote a book about it!

Director of the Roberts Innovation Fund, Yale Ventures
Claudia Reuter is a noted speaker, author of Yes, You Can Do This! How Women Start Up, Scale Up and Build the Life They Want, and creator of the podcast The 43 Percent. She currently serves on Boards for multiple ventures and is the Director of The Roberts Innovation Fund, Yale Ventures. She is a mom, as well as an experienced entrepreneur and executive. She was recognized by the Boston Business Journal on their 2016 list of "Women to Watch in Science and Technology."
At a point in time when there were few women in technology, Claudia started her career in IT in the banking industry (SVP of Digital Services & Labs for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt). She opted out following her maternity leave with the birth of her first son. Her podcast, The 43 Percent, acclaimed as the “best podcast for working moms,” interviews that percentage of professional women that opt-out for caregiving, (i.e., our society’s "Untapped Potential," and those working hard to make work and life work.) After turning her skills and experience to the flexible opportunity of entrepreneurship, she successfully launched and sold her 1st company in the educational software space (SchoolChapters, Inc.). She has been an advisor for entrepreneurs, guiding ventures in multiple roles including as GM for Techstars and, in her current role, as Director of the Roberts Innovation Fund, Yale Ventures.
Claudia received her B.A. from the University of Vermont and participated in an Executive Program at MIT Sloan School of Management.
Claudia is passionate about innovation, inclusion, and the future of work. Her book brings a unique perspective leveraging her experience as a female in the workplace and as an entrepreneur. In it, she shares valuable advice for women to navigate their own journey, whether it be entrepreneurship, family, or climbing the corporate ladder.
