(UP) and you - so please read it carefully. This website is intended for those in the United States and particularly is launching to serve the CT region. If you are outside of those regions, please email fellowship@upotential.org to discuss expanding to your region. Our use of data is described in this privacy policy and does not intend to meet other guidelines for regions outside our current areas. If you use our services, you do so knowingly.
Untapped Potential offers wide range of connections and activities to impact gender equality in the workplace while enabling your potential. Through Untapped Potential Community Events, you will meet industry mentors, coaches , recruiters, HR professionals and other professionals. Those Contacts curated and educated by Untapped Potential are in support of our social mission to impact gender equity, diversity and work-life balance by working with Untapped Potential. Through your participation in our servicesl engagement, results with these curated clients (not otherwise connected by you prior), will be facilitated through Untapped Potential Inc. This is such that our offerings are sustainable.
Through the community, we also encourage and support you in a networking plan where you are seeking contacts elsewhere such that you are successful. We encourage you to define, develop and negotiate those opportunities independently.

In addition to the above information, you will also be permitted to upload resumes, images, background information relevant to applying to opportunities or utilizing our other services offerings, and other information supplied by you to us as needed.

For greater certainty, every authorization which you grant to us in this Privacy Policy, you also grant to any third party that we may hire, contract, or otherwise retain the services of for the purpose of operating, maintaining, repairing, or otherwise improving or preserving our website or its underlying files or systems. You agree not to hold us liable for the actions of any of these third parties, even if we would normally be held vicariously liable for their actions, and that you must take legal action against them directly should they commit any tort or other actionable wrong against you.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you authorize us to share information with Clients to which you apply for a Flex-Return via Untapped Potential Inc. services or with a coach when you agree to work with such coach.
