Developed evaluation metrics, ensured donor compliance and achievement of assigned program objectives and outcomes. Lead the development of program proposals, competitive bids and budgets.
International Committee of the Red Cross, Head of Mission (2 years): Opened a representation, established internal procedures, compliance and risk management policies. Enabled triple growth of the office in two years. Advanced program portfolio by launching two new long-term programs, building relations with new interlocutors. Managed staffing for the new programs, operational and administrative start-up.
DARA non-profit, Director (5 years): Transformed a small charity into an NGO with country-wide presence. Developed a long-term program strategy, which enabled a growth of the annual program budget from $165K to $1,5M. Introduced new programming based on public-private partnership principles.
