Assist the Principal in the overall administration of the school
Oversee/Lead the adherence of district policies, regulation, and procedures to ensure that ALL students are able to learn in a safe environment that meets the vision, mission of the school community and the district at large
Supervise and evaluate teaching staff in accordance with the district evaluation plan and make recommendations regarding goals, areas needing improvement and continued employment
Deliver instructional leadership by conducting classroom observations, coaching, offering constructive feedback, co-teaching, modeling lessons, delivering professional development and supporting teachers in implementing best practices aligned with SEED criteria and CCT Rubric
Develop and implement data-driven school improvement initiatives, resulting in measurable gains in student achievement and school climate
Lead the Chronic Absenteeism Team and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program, significantly decreasing chronic absenteeism and disciplinary incidents while enhancing overall school culture
Collaborate with district leadership to align curriculum and instruction with state standards and district goals
Spearhead technology integration initiatives, enhancing digital literacy among staff and students
Foster strong community partnerships and parent involvement in school activities
Create/Establish the master schedule of courses/classes, extra-curricular activities, assemblies, and other school-related programs
Promote a school environment conducive to individualized instruction, cooperative curriculum development and student learning
